Energy Space garden designs are about creating comfortable, enjoyable, functional, flexible and beautiful outdoor spaces for people. Our design work is innovative and creative, and combined with over ten years experience of hard and soft landscaping, we can offer gardens designed for life.
The design process
The key to our designs is you; the user of the garden. Your needs, expectations, ideas and vision of the finished result are what will determine the design process. During the initial consultation we will listen carefully and then accurately interpret everything that you have told us back at the drawing table, and integrate it seamlessly into the master-plan.
On approval of your initial estimate, sent via email, we will start work on the drawings for the proposed project. These will include a site master-plan and two key elevations, or side views. They will be posted to you along with a full itemised quotation for the project. If the Energy Space team then carry out the full project build the design work is included FREE of charge. If we are not used as main contractors then we will charge a fee of £160 for the design.
The build process
The Energy Space team takes good care of our customers and their property. We are courteous and efficient, working on one project at a time, and delivering on time and on budget. On completion of the project we will thoroughly tidy up, stake new trees, oil new wood, mulch new soil and leave the garden 100% ready for you to start enjoying.
Eco policy
We aim to minimise impact on the environment during our build process. We source certified sustainable hard landscaping materials; separate construction waste for recycling; conserve site top-soil and take care of trees on site. We install sustainable drainage systems and permeable paving; install rainwater harvesting for the irrigation of plants; design drought tolerant planting schemes; and maximise biodiversity in planting schemes.

We are based in Brighton so if you are based in the Sussex area and surrounds we can meet you on site for your initial consultation within five working days. If you are based further afield then please call us to discuss your project on the number below.
Our terms
Your estimate will be sent via email within three working and upon approval of this we will begin work straight away on your design. On approval of the design and quotation we then sign Work Contracts and a 25% deposit must clear prior to commencement. At a pre-agreed mid point you make a second payment of 50%. A further 25% is paid on completion.
